“My family of 5 had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful beach house for a weekend getaway in August 2020.

The location is awesome, literally 200 steps to the sand (yes, I counted). The house has everything you could possibly need to go to the beach including beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, beach umbrella and buggy to take it all down to the sand.

The house itself is very comfortable, and has everything you need for a great visit. There is cable TV and my husband and son were able to watch the NBA basketball games while my daughters and I went to the beach, so everyone was happy. Parking was super easy, we parked on the street with no problem, and there is a driveway you could park in as well.

The backyard is awesome complete with a beautiful fire pit filled with glass beads, 2 BBQs and a nice table for eating and a sand corn hole court, which my family loved, and spent quite a bit of time playing.

There is a grocery store about 1 mile away so we were able to get groceries very easily, and we had some delicious dinners at restaurants at the Channel Islands harbor which is a 5 minute drive away. We took the food to go, but most restaurants looked to have outside dining options available.

I would stay at this house again in a heartbeat, and I can’t wait to go back.
